Like adding another room to home with outdoor feel

We bought almost 20 years ago and installed in Maine to cover the back of a wrap around deck. Went through 3 winters and then was brought down to coastal North Carolina when we moved. Because of moving jobs in NC, was in storage for 9 yrs. Just put up last fall and it was in beautiful condition—no mildew or any abrasions after all the humid storage places it's been. LOVE IT, but this past week it did not survive a direct hit from 125 mph winds and a tornado (actually the material did fine, but the metal couldn't take that kind of stress, as I'm sure you can imagine). REPLACING IT IMMEDIATELY with the insurance. Thank goodness for insurance! Thank you Sunbrella for an amazing product!!

Mounting the roof brackets was the most difficult part. The Sunsetter brackets are nice but pricey. They have to be purchased from a dealer. Once figured how to hit the stud center all was easy. My wife likes it therefore I do too.

Their recommended installer retired and Sunsetter says poor installation not their problem, I have to pay new installer to repair.

I didn't rate this product previously for no specific reason. However, after four years of being an Sunsetter Retractable Awning Owner it deserves recognition! This is one of the best investments that I have made for my outdoor living area. I no longer have to worry about umbrellas flying off of the deck and breaking. The quality has withstand its description, it is durable and provides great coverage! No Regrets!

quality product. I also have a telescoping flagpole that I bout from Sunsetter about 15 years ago...still operating like new!
